Penn State Smeal's hybrid model offers a revolutionary approach for busy professionals in the Part-Time Hybrid MBA, Executive DBA, and Master of Applied AI programs. Our unique hybrid format combines strategic on-campus residencies with immersive, live, remote learning – creating the balance working professionals need and the lasting connections that make the Smeal network so powerful.
Each semester begins with an on-campus kick-off, fostering meaningful relationships with your cohort and faculty before transitioning to virtual classes outside business hours that fit your schedule.
Our state-of-the-art teaching studios feature wall-sized interactive tablets, professional-grade audio and video equipment, and dynamic collaboration tools that ensure every student has a front-row experience.
